Calibre Plugin - Additional configuration options

There is a BookFusion plugin for the desktop app Calibre which allows users to sync their existing ebook library from the app into their BookFusion account. For now this is a one-way sync, but there are a few options which have come up in ongoing discussions that would greatly benefit this connection if introduced as customizations to the plugin.

1. Allow users to indicate if there are additional custom columns that include Series information. BookFusion supports multiple series being added to a book, and Calibre supports this as well through the use of custom columns; being able to indicate what additional field(s) should be looked at for Series names would be a very welcome addition.

2. Automatically add a tag or indicator on the BookFusion bookshelf to indicate a book was synced from Calibre, not uploaded directly on BF. This tag should optional and customizable in name, but would allow users to quickly identify which books in their library came from where.

3. Allow users to indicate a field or custom column that should be used to create a custom bookshelf on BF, and show books with that information on those bookshelves. It is very normal for Calibre users to use custom columns for things like Genre and since the Categories on BF are fixed, users have expressed a desire to be able to bring in their own identifiers, and using bookshelves as a way to display them would be a good workaround.
