OPDS Endpoint Support

Surprised I couldn’t find anything on this - if it’s a duplicate, feel free to delete - but would be nice to be able to subscribe to OPDS endpoints from both the BookFusion web portal and/or the client apps, and have downloaded books added to a user’s main BookFusion library.
